Pine Castle Pet Cremation is a family-owned and operated, caring and compassionate pet cremation service. We have been serving families and their beloved pets in the greater Orlando area for over 40 years. We strive to always be thoughtful in the steps we take to help you say goodbye and forever honor your beloved pet. It is our mission that every family and every pet be treated with dignity and respect. We understand separation from your pet during this time must be as short as possible so they can be reunited with you and your family and taken home. We would like to announce the retirement of Terry who has been working with Pine Castle Pet Cremation for over 20 years. Once the current renovation is complete and we have reopened, our family plans to operate and manage Pine Castle Pet Cremation for many years to come. Thank you.
FIRST STEP
Please call our office at 407-851-6292 to speak with our staff. We will work with you and your family to schedule a private timeframe for you to transport your pet to our facility. We encourage families to be present if they would like, it is very important to us that you be at ease in the end of life process after the passing of your beloved pet. As soon as your pet’s cremains are ready, we will contact you to pick up your beloved pet. Please call before visiting our location, as we may be helping another family with a pet emergency.
URNS+MEMORIALS
We offer a variety of urn products to our pet families. Urn and memorial options will be discussed with your family when we speak with you about your beloved pet. We offer custom memorial art, frames and jewelry that allow you to forever keep your pet by your side. We work with local and national artisans to source products uniquely fit to your family’s needs, keeping your beloved pet always close and always with you.
ACCOUNTABILITY
We take as much time as needed with each family. We want to help you honor and celebrate the life of your pet in a respectful and caring manner. Upon intake, pets are immediately identified with paperwork and tracking to ensure only your pet is returned to your family. We offer private cremations for all pets.
